  • Time Management: Delegating and Outsourcing - This lecture provides advisors with the rationale for delegating and outsourcing. It also provides the tools and techniques necessary to delegate effectively. This lecture is runs 50-60 minutes.

  • Virtual Office Tools for a High-Margin Practice - This talk is based upon the book of the same title by Joel Bruckenstein and his co-author, David Drucker.  The talk is usually presented by Bruckenstein and Drucker together, although Bruckenstein can also present this talk alone.  This lecture can be structured as a 50-minute session, or a 100-minute session. Bruckenstein and Drucker also offer a workshop under the same title that generally runs between 150 and 200 minutes, however and of the session can be tailored to your group’s specific needs.

  • Financial Planning Software - This lecture, with is an outgrowth of Bruckenstein’s continuous research, is designed for financial service professionals only. A number of popular financial planning software packages are discussed, with a particular focus on helping advisors select the right product for their unique practice. This topic generally runs either 50 minutes or 75 minutes.

  • Technology Solutions for Your Most Pressing Needs - This talk offers financial professionals guidance on how to leverage technology to become more efficient. Where appropriate, specific products and providers are recommended. Time: 50 minutes.
