Access to the Publishers:

Subscriber Guidelines:

Subscriber Changes:

To change your email address or credit card information (for those in our auto-renewal system) please download and complete the Change Form.

Our Back Issue Policy:

It is our policy not to resend issues where subscribers have lost, misplaced or not downloaded their monthly issues.  This is due to the administrative costs involved and the number of subscribers who continually lose or don't download their issues. If you ever need copies of your back issues, they may be purchased from our Subscriptions page.

Newsletter Delivery:

Each month we will inform you when a new issue is available by emailing you the URL of the current issue by the 8th of every month.  If you have not received your issue by the 9th of the month, please notify us immediately, or within 90 days of your first missing issue so that we help you solve any problems.

Resource List:

An additional benefit to our subscribers is our Virtual Resources List. The link to the Resource list will be delivered in the monthly email along with a new password to open the documents. 

Subscription Cancellations:

To cancel your monthly or annual recurring subscription please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please allow five (5) full business days for the processing of  cancellation requests. This means that if your subscription is coming up for renewal, you should submit your request no less than 6 full business days PRIOR to your renewal date to allow time for processing. Cancellations received on or after your renewal date, will be applied to your next renewal due date. No credit or refund will be given on late cancellations.
  2. Your subscription is NOT CANCELLED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL  CONFIRMATION REPLY FROM US. If you do not receive your confirmation after six  full business days of submitting your cancellation  form, this means we may not have received your cancellation and you need to contact us or resubmit the form.
